Which do I need?
Short answer: most people start with the BGP DNA Mission Control extension. Add BGP DNA Anywhere if you want probes while you browse, and the Mac app if you want features available only on the desktop. Any combination works.
The three, side by side

So, what should I install?
- Just want the dashboard? The Mission Control extension. Done.
- Want to answer probes on Reddit, the news, or inside ChatGPT? Add Anywhere.
- On a Mac and want agents, media and reminders? Add the Mac app.
- Want everything? Use all three. The extension gives you a dashboard, Anywhere adds probes while you browse, and the Mac app adds agents and desktop features.
Each extension keeps its own genome. Merge them with a file whenever you like (how). The Mac app's data can be pulled into the extension (how). Your data stays on your devices in every case.
